Standards 2.0 and 2.1

A research paper based on Simon Bolivar, showing my skills to research and write about somebody else.

Writing this piece was simple and uncomplicated because I already had some knowledge about the main person. I enjoyed doing this assignment because I learned more about Simon Bolivar, who in my culture, is very important because he made independence possible for various country in SouthAmerica. Since I had already studied about him, I understood everything I read and wrote and I had no problem understanding the task. In this assignment, I received a lot of support from my English and History teachers, and that motivated me to do a good job in completing the paper. They told me it was going to be a tool I could use in the future and they were right. I listened and tried my best, making me learn a lot about the English language, as well as the character of my paper. The process to write this paper, was simple, I chose my topic, did some research, asked for ideas and a sample on how to write it, and then I finally wrote my draft. After having someone revising it, I wrote the final piece. These skill, show I met standards 2.0 and 2.1, because I reasearched and wrote a paper based on my research.
